CELL PHONE NUMBERS GO PUBLIC END OF MARCH

REMEMBER CELL PHONE NUMBERS GO PUBLIC THIS MONTH THEY ARE BEING RELEASED TO TELEMARKETING COMPANIES AND YOU WILL START TO RECEIVE CALLS,  YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THESE CALLS.

To keep this from happening, call this number from your cell phone: 888-382-1222.  It is the national do not call list.  It will only take a short time and it blocks your number for five years.  You need to call from the cell number that you want to block.  It will not work to call from another number.

Send this information to others, it takes about thirty seconds to block your number.  For more information go to www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx

This is totally bunk. More Info:

In short, yes it’s good to register on the Do Not Call registry, such a system really does exist, but NO the numbers won’t be compiled into a directory anytime soon, and if they are they will NOT be released to telemarketers.

If you’re getting calls on your phone, register with the Do Not Call registry. If you still keep getting calls, you can file an FTC complaint.

You should correct this post – Though thanks for trying to spread the info.
